Choose how you want to search for your username. Search either using debit or credit card number or your savings account number. Enter your date of birth and the Social Security number, then select Continue. Your username is at the top of the screen with a link for you to sign in. That’s it.

How Long Does It Take To Receive Funds
Money in minutes. Money sent with Zelle® is designed to deliver payments, typically within minutes. All it takes is for your debit card to be activatedwhich you can do online or via our mobile app. Once your card is activated, select Send Money, then Send Money with Zelle® to get started. For future scheduled payments, funds will be available on the delivery day you select.
What if theyre not enrolled? If you send money through Zelle® with an email or phone number to someone who isnt enrolled, they’ll receive a notification that prompts them to enroll. After they enroll, it may take 1 to 3 business days to receive the money you sent, depending on processing times. Once that payment completes, your recipient will typically receive future payments faster.
If the payment is pending for more than 3 days, we recommend confirming that the recipient has activated their Zelle® profile and that you entered his or her email address or U.S. mobile number correctly.
If the recipient doesn’t respond to the payment notification by enrolling after 14 days, the money will be returned to your account automatically.

Depositing Money At Navy Federal Credit Union
When you arrive at Navy Federal Credit Union, you should have in your possession the 7 digit number that is your access number and picture identification before walking inside.
After you get inside, there will be someone standing/sitting at a desk in the middle of the lobby. This person will ask for either one or more of the following:
- Your access number
- Your code word for the account. (This is a new feature that is being updated in their system as another means of verification
Once the employee has verified your identity, she will let you know to stand in line before reaching the teller. Depending on whether you are doing a deposit of money or receiving more money than you will be allowed to withdraw from the ATM.
- If you are depositing a check, you can fill it out prior to entering the line or in your car before entering the building.
Once you reach the teller, he/she will ask you for verification of your access number, identification and/or code word for the account. You will be asked whether or not you are making a deposit or transaction.
Once you receive the slip, the teller may ask, “Is there anything else I can assist you with?” You can respond with no, and they will say something around the words, “Thank you for stopping at Navy Federal Credit Union. Have a great day.”
After receiving the deposit slip, you are free to go back to your car. Make sure you have all your identification you came in with on you before leaving.
